CANDIDATE
The professional will have several responsibilities, including:
- Oversee all site operations, including cost, schedule, quality, health, safety, and environmental performance;
- Monitor installation and commissioning activities to ensure technical performance, quality, HSE compliance, adherence to the budget, and timely delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed;
- Represent and safeguard the company’s interests on site in all operational matters and act as the main project representative at the site location;
- Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization activities;
- Lead and coordinate Installation Supervisors and all other site personnel;
- Document deviations that may result in claims or cost compensation and report them promptly to the Project Manager;
- Prepare nonconformance reports, support the resolution of on-site issues, and ensure timely escalation to the Project Manager;
- Organize regular site meetings, document meeting minutes, and provide clear progress updates to the Project Manager;
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external site personnel;
- Promote strong health, safety, and environmental practices across all site activities;
- Coordinate site logistics and the procurement of site materials and services in partnership with the purchasing team;
- Coordinate effectively with headquarters, customers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
- At least 5 years of experience on mechanical or electrical construction sites;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project, and Primavera;
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on project sites worldwide;
