CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing 2 stores;
- Implementing the company’s sales policy and ensuring compliance with it in the stores;
- Boosting sales and maximizing store profitability;
- Managing the business unit, overseeing point-of-sale operations and cost control;
- Leading human resources management to recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate their team;
PROFILE
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in stores with 15 or more employees (required);
- Experience in managing sales metrics (Effectiveness, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket);
