A specialized recruitment firm within the EGOR Group is currently hiring to expand and enhance its operations in Porto.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing recruitment and executive search processes
using procurement and headhunting methodologies tailored to the specific challenges at hand;
- Assessing candidates, validating all phases of the process;
- Managing and overseeing recruitment projects from A to Z, with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of English (preferred).
