CANDIDATE
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and reviewing contracts, permits, authorizations, and changes with clients, designers, and suppliers;
- Preparing measurements, planning, and budgets for projects;
- Supporting the Construction Manager in the overall supervision of project execution, ensuring deadlines, schedules, quality, and compliance with safety standards and regulations across all trades;
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, including approving measurement reports and conducting technical follow-up meetings;
- Represent the company before clients, architectural and engineering teams, and other specialized professionals.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering;
- Experience with specialized systems and an interest in developing skills in this area;
- Knowledge of CAD, Revit, Project, and an ERP system;
