A leading company in the institutional food service sector, operating nationwide (mainland and islands) with a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, including a significant presence in the public sector.
CANDIDATE
The candidate to be hired will join the Quality Department and will be responsible for providing technical and nutritional oversight of cafeterias located in Coimbra, the Algarve, and the islands, working in coordination with a team of three other specialists in the field. Key responsibilities include:

Providing technical oversight of the cafeterias in their area of operation, ensuring
compliance with quality and nutrition standards;
- Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of best practices in institutional food service;

Developing and facilitating training sessions for operational teams;

Conducting informational and awareness sessions for clients, parents, and students;
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of processes related to food quality and safety;

Support operational units in resolving nonconformities;

Prepare technical and follow-up reports for the units;

Work closely with the Quality team and other areas of the company.
PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science or a related field;

Active membership in the Portuguese Association of Nutritionists;

Certification as a Trainer (required);
-
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles;

Experience in institutional food service or a similar setting is required;
-
Willingness to travel frequently.
