JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment and selection processes;
- Ensuring the onboarding and termination processes for employees;
- Preparing employment contracts and other HR documentation;
- Monitor onboarding processes;
- Provide clarification to employees on labor and administrative issues;
- Support the legalization processes for foreign workers;
- Manage the distribution and tracking of personal protective equipment, access cards, and other resources;
- Keep employee files and documentation up to date;
- Provide cross-functional support for other administrative activities within the Human Resources department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
- For candidates with a degree in Human Resources Management or Social and Organizational Psychology, additional training in law or labor law is required;
- Previous experience in general Human Resources roles;
- Knowledge of labor law;
- Experience in employee recruitment, hiring, and termination processes;
- Knowledge or experience in the legalization of foreign workers;
- Good knowledge of English;
