CANDIDATE
During the paid internship program, the candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Prepare technical and financial proposals;
- Developing project plans and schedules;
- Prepare project specifications, plans, and construction schedules;
- Ensure the preparation of budgets;
- Consult with suppliers and subcontractors regarding construction details and quantities;
- Attend meetings with all stakeholders;
- Liaising with all disciplines involved in the projects.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering;
- Interest in quantity surveying/cost estimation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
- Fluent in English.
