CANDIDATE
The candidate to be hired will be responsible for:
- Managing production activities in collaboration with the Production Director;
- Defining strategic goals and objectives, ensuring that the team is monitored and developed;
- Drawing up, monitoring and analyzing production performance indicators;
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, in line with the principles of the Lean methodology.
PROFILE
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or other relevant areas;
- At least 3 years\' experience in a similar role;
- Experience in team management;
- Goodknowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean tools;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
