WORKSHOP MANAGER – Leiria
COMPANY
Company in the civil construction sector, with a major focus on refurbishment and construction work.
APPLICANT
The candidate to be recruited will be a Site Manager, responsible for construction work in the Leiria perimeter, with the following main responsibilities:
- Monitoring and organizing the work, reporting to the Construction Manager;
- Monthly control of costs and deadlines for the work in progress;
- Coordination of the technical team;
- Maintaining contact with the contractor, assessing proposed changes and communicating with the Construction Manager;
- Monitoring requests for additional work.
PROFILE
- Preferred factor: Higher education in Civil Engineering;
- At least 5 years\' experience in a similar role (preferably in residential work);
