Synchro Health , an EGOR Group company dedicated to providing healthcare services, is recruiting a Dialysis Nurse to work with a prestigious client in the Lisbon area.
DUTIES
- Providing nursing care to patients and their families, through autonomous and interdependent interventions;
- Providing nursing care in the different care contexts of the clinic, including carrying out prescribed blood collections and blood transfusions;
- Complying with the treatment plan established for each patient;
- Preventing and diagnosing situations of hemodynamic instability or complications at an early stage;
- Promoting the patient\'s autonomy, their empowerment and that of their family or significant person, their adherence to treatment through individualized educational strategies;
- Collaborating in the training process for new nurses and assistants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Nursing;
- 420-hour dialysis training course (compulsory);
- Experience in the role (compulsory);
- Availability to work shifts (morning, afternoon or evening)
- Immediate availability.
CONDITIONS
- Employment contract directly with the client.
