CANDIDATE
The candidate to be hired will be responsible for:
- Managing the client portfolio, accompanying the patient from the first appointment to the last day of treatment;
- Coordinating appointments and global analysis of the patient profile;
- Ensuring medical assessment records and subsequent preparation of the treatment plan;
- Drawing up personalized quotes;
- Ensuring the scheduling of all meetings necessary for the execution of the treatment plan;
- Ensuring compliance with all administrative tasks;
- Ensuring the management of complaints processes in accordance with the regulations in force.
PROFILE
- Higher education (preferred);
- Previous experience in the role (preferred);
- Knowledge of English;
- User-friendly knowledge of MS Office.
