APPLICANT
The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the client portfolio, accompanying the patient from the first appointment to the last day of treatment;
  • Coordinating appointments and global analysis of the patient\'s profile;
  • Ensuring medical assessment records and subsequent preparation of the treatment plan;
  • Drawing up personalized quotes;
  • Ensuring the scheduling of all meetings necessary for the execution of the treatment plan;
  • Ensuring compliance with all administrative tasks;
  • Ensuring the management of complaints processes in accordance with the regulations in force.

PROFILE

  • Higher education (preferred);
  • Previous experience in the role (preferred);
  • Knowledge of English;
  • User-friendly knowledge of MS Office;
  • Opportunity for the following geographical areas: Oeiras and Cascais.
