Company responsible for major construction projects in Angola, particularly in the areas of housing, infrastructure and social facilities.
APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will be responsible for:
– Managing the execution of construction on various sites, in accordance with the deadline and budget, in safe conditions (infrastructure and logistics management).
&#Coordinating all contractors to ensure smooth progress and cooperation, including daily coordination meetings with the team and stakeholders (during the tender, award, execution and project closure/backlog phases);
&#Negotiate change orders during project execution and lifecycle;
&#Managing the financial aspects of the contract, subcontracts and purchase orders;
&#Review the overall contract and contract documents and confirm budget configuration and project milestones;
– Monitor schedule progress together with the project planner and the team, including forecasts and on-site mitigation actions to ensure that projects run according to the overall time plans.
&#Develop and agree on the project\'s construction objectives and execution strategy, involving the project team and promoting collaboration with external partners.
PROFILE
– Degree in Civil Engineering;
– At least 15 years\' experience in a similar role;
– Knowledge of contract management, structural engineering principles, codes, regulations and best practices in the sector;
&#Good knowledge of Revit, Cad, Bim and MSProject;
&#Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
