APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will be responsible for:
– Monitoring and managing new projects, from planning, programming, budgeting, reporting, HSE and quality;
– Monitoring and analyzing the activities of contractors and the supervisory team;
– Monitor progress and escalate risks and deviations in a timely manner to find solutions to problems.
&#Coordinate with all relevant parties and representatives to minimize any disruption and ensure completion of projects in terms of time, cost, quality and safety;
&#Support in the tendering, contracting, PMO and procurement process.
&#Manage the flow of resources: human, materials, equipment and tools.
– Lead and supervise project teams.
PROFILE
– Degree in Civil Engineering;
– At least 10 years\' experience in a similar role;
– Knowledge of contract management, financial management, including control of project budgets, procurement, change order management, invoicing and financial reconciliation;
– Experience in Building or Infrastructure contracts;
&#Good knowledge of Revit, Cad, Bim and MSProject;
– Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
