Production Supervisor

THE COMPANY
Renowned multinational company in the industrial sector with over 100 years in Portugal.

APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will be integrated into the factory, taking responsibility for 7 production lines and assuming responsibility for:
– Managing teams;
– Proactively identifying the needs and continuous improvements of their assembly line;
– Ensuring that all production procedures are carried out in accordance with safety regulations;
– Managing shifts and conflicts, as well as absenteeism rates;
– Ensuring that production is efficient and delivered on time;
– Applying and complying with production and industrial area management procedures.

PROFILE
– Higher education in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or related areas);
– 7 years\' experience in a similar role;
– Experience in team management;
– Experience in “shop floor” / industrial sector;
– Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 6 sigma, among others);
&#Knowledge of / experience in organizations with trade union links;
