APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will report directly to the Plant Director and will have the following main responsibilities:
- Daily management of human and material resources in order to comply with the production plan, ensuring the respective quality and productivity indicators;
- Managing daily incidents in order to minimize impacts;
- Ensuring compliance with operating methods, work instructions and established procedures;
- Training new employees in the various tasks of the job;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards;
- Collaborate in identifying and implementing improvements in productivity, quality and environmental performance;
- Promoting the KAISEN philosophy.
PROFILE
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials or Industrial Management;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good computer skills.
