APPLICANT
The professional to be hired will be responsible for:
- Carrying out the monthly cost allocation and works control routines;
- Ensuring the correct recording of analytical information in the software implemented;
- Preparing/updating the management information collection models, as well as the various supporting documents;
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of the management control report;
- Ensuring support for transversal management and organizational support activities;
- Supporting the budgeting process;
- Physical/digital archiving;
- Contributing to the optimization and standardization of processes;
- Supporting the implementation and execution of internal procedures.
PROFILE
- Higher education in Management, Economics and/or Accounting;
- At least 1 to 2 years\' experience in management, accounting and administration;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and PHC;
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written (compulsory ).
