CANDIDATE
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading data analysis projects to identify patterns, trends, and insights within large and complex data sets;
- Applying statistical techniques and predictive models to solve business problems, support strategic decision-making, and forecast outcomes;
- Developing interactive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical);
- Designing and implementing data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
- Building and maintaining automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics;
- Working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present data in a clear and engaging manner;
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to understand their needs and translate data into practical recommendations;
- Supporting the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and organizational best practices;
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar areas (Master’s preferred);
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis roles, with at least 5 years in senior or leadership positions;
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent languages for data analysis and processing;
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
- Solid knowledge of Big Data technologies, ETL processes, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure);
- Ability to apply machine learning techniques and statistical models.
