We are recruiting a position of Indirect Purchase Administrative_Francês for a global company leader in the transportation and logistics business located in Algés/ Lisboa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsabilities are:

  • Manage cost estimatives, invoices, monitorize account statements and documentation;
  • Contact Suppliers;
  • Process purchase order requests;
  • Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders;
  • Manage operational relationships with internal customers and suppliers;

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven experience in Sales/Accounting  Administrative positions (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 1 year minimum;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant software;
  • Fluent in English and French (higher level his mandatory).
